Nikhil Jain is renowned for combining expertise as a corporate strategist with a passion for arts education. As such, with a Master’s degree in Business from the National University of Singapore and over 12 years of experience in the corporate sector, Nikhil created and has developed Culture Fox into a Global art base learning platform over the last 5 years.

Leena is one of the most sought after piano teachers in Mumbai. Of Indian origin, grown up and trained in the UK, she emigrated to India over a decade ago in order to offer her specialist skills to students in India.
Swiftly recognized for her accomplishment as a music entrepreneur, she was invited to become the manager for the iconic piano manufacturers, Steinway & Sons in India, where she worked closely with teachers and institutes across the country.
Simultaneously, she was appointed as a consultant by Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance (formerly Trinity College of Music), in order identify and recruit talented musicians for their graduate and postgraduate programs, as well as curating Trinity’s masterclasses and workshops for students and teachers across the country.
Now fully settled in Mumbai, she is the founder and director of the Solfege Music Academy, one of the most prestigious and eminent teaching platforms in Mumbai.
Karl is a an concert pianist, lecturer and writer of Indian heritage. He studied Music at the Royal College of Music, Moscow Conservatoire and the University of Oxford, and enjoys an international performing career.
Karl was a professor at Trinity Laban Conservatoire (formerly Trinity College of Music) for 15 years, and is regularly invited to teach at conservatoires and universities across the world, including the Royal College of Music (London), The Juilliard School, McGill University etc.
For more than a decade, he has focused on spearheading music education projects throughout India, collaborating with organizations such as the Mehli Mehta Music Foundation, Delhi School of Music, Bangalore School of Music, Calcutta School of Music, Kala Academy (Goa), and he is currently Dean of Studies for the International Pre-College Music Programme in Chennai.
In 2015, Karl was awarded the Bharat Gaurav (Pride Of India) Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to Western Classical Music in India, the UK, and internationally.
Padmavathy Divakaran, an Indian-born Western-Classical pianist and music educator, is the founder and director of Aum Piano Studio, a music school in Chennai that caters internationally. Her education involves a BA Music (Honours) degree from Middlesex University, London, and a Diploma in Higher Education – Music from KM College of Music and Technology, Chennai, during which she received a 4.2 lakh worth scholarship from Dr. AR Rahman, as well as awards like – ‘All – Round Achievement Award (2014 – 2015)’ and, the ‘Best Western Music Performer Award (2015 – 2017)’. Her performance experiences include playing Walter Piston’s ‘Concertino for Piano and Chamber Orchestra’ with the London Firebird Orchestra (in London, 2019), Mozart’s Piano Concerto No.23 in A major with Dr. AR Rahman’s Sunshine String Orchestra (in Chennai, 2018) and ‘The Roliwood Tribute Performance’ as a part of Dr. AR Rahman’s Roliwood Seaboard Ensemble – the world’s foremost ensemble to globally launch the electronic instrument ROLI Seaboard (2016). As a part of this ensemble, Padmavathy has also performed at the ROLI Headquarters (London, UK) and at The Grove (Watford, UK) for ‘The Founders Forum’ event, which observed the presence of extremely influential people like Prince William (The Duke of Cambridge), Niklas Zennstorm (Founder of Skype), Simon Cowell, Imogen Heap, among others.
Aditi’s extensive background in the apparel industry as an expert in product development and merchandising has bagged her gigs with global names like Reebok and Tommy Hilfiger. After working in the corporate sector for 8 years she ventured out on her own to set up a design, manufacturing and sourcing company for domestic and international apparel labels and upcoming designers
While working with the creative minds representing international fashion brands, her interest also drifted towards the field of arts and art education and her association with Culture Fox began. Culture Fox is a global art based learning platform that curates art-based travel programs with top schools and institutes in India.
Sharing her expertise and entrepreneurial skills Aditi was overlooking the business development for the company. She is currently associated with MTB Exams, India, as the Lead – Music institutes and Teachers.
